Dr. Nipun Madan M.D. C.C.F.P. (Family Medicine)

Dr. Madan graduated from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine in 1993. He also completed a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in 1989. His  three year  post graduate training in Family Medicine  was completed at the University of Toronto. Dr. Madan worked as an Emergency Room doctor before opening a Family Practice in Cornwall, Ontario in 1997.

Dr. Madan opened his practice in Guelph in 2001.

Dr. Seema Gupta M.D. C.C.F.P (Family Medicine)

Dr. Gupta  graduated from McGill University Faculty of Medicine in 1995. She completed her post graduate Family Medicine training at McGill in 1997. Dr Gupta worked in Mississauga before  opening her  practice in Guelph in 2001. Her practice has a focus on women’s health.

Languages spoken: English,  French(CGEP level), Hindi (conversational)

Dr. Steven Taylor M.D.( Family Medicine)

Dr. Taylor graduated from the University of Queens School of Medicine in 1987 and completed his residency at the University of Western Ontario

Andrea, Registered Nurse

Andrea graduated from Conestoga College, RN Diploma Program in 2001. Andrea has worked in a variety of areas including walk-in clinics, community nursing and physician’s offices. Her background brings experience to the team. She is always looking for an opportunity to provide health teaching to our patients. Andrea’s focus remains strong on well baby visits and diabetic care appointments.

Mango Tree Family health team was conceived from the desire to provide a new and exciting form of health care for patients. We are a team of health care professionals on site working together to coordinate care and services to our patients. Family Health Teams work to improve access to health care, and access to services for patients. Our team takes pride in providing a friendly and welcoming environment for patients to receive their health care.
